Zurani Exchange provides technology and market access services for curated art-related opportunities and tokenized asset participation.
Nothing on this website constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, and no fiduciary relationship is created unless explicitly agreed in writing.
4. Risk Disclosure
Digital assets, tokenized interests, and secondary market activity involve significant risk, including illiquidity, valuation volatility, market disruption, and regulatory change.
Past performance, model outputs, and projections are not guarantees of future outcomes.
5. Fees, Payments, and Taxes
Applicable fees, spreads, and charges are presented at the relevant point in the user journey or in your account documentation.
You remain responsible for determining and paying all taxes, duties, and reporting obligations that apply to your activity.
6. Compliance and Restricted Activity

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable laws and regulations in Dubai.
Subject to mandatory law, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
